Emissaries are the most trusted of the gremlin messengers and are sent upon the most crucial diplomatic missions. Although gremlins place little value upon ornate garb, emissaries are richly and elaborately dressed to impress the rulers of other races. Since gremlins rarely deal with outside parties, the emissaries' clothing doomed to be several centuries out of fashion. Consequently, the emissaries' main function is to serve upon the colony council.
